Water Falling

in Poetry

I’m not sure what the stroke broke
maybe my ability to paragraph
can I still push pixels?, maybe
to script these new connections
and cable manage the wires
still water falling

Above is a snapshot of of the main desk in my home office. We moved in six months ago, and I’m now old and tried and slow, so this is just an early beta show.

It’s a newer Space Gray MacBook Pro running in clamshell with a 27 inch monitor sans speakers. Sound, monaural by the way, is aux out of the Apple and run through that sweet a.m/f.m. real wood radio that almost speaks analog. If I need stereo I can blue tooth out to a system in the room.

I chose the Hooper print in hopes of being reminded/shamed to finally make use of some of the overpriced screenwriting software that I’m always paying to update.

And what you don’t see is the mess of wires water falling down to a floor showing an extreme lack of cable management. But a new monitor, one with a USB 3 Hub and enough power to power that MAC may go on sale real soon, and that would allow a zoom of cable management.

I’m spry yet retired. I reside in the inner city of a major metropolitan area of the United States. I read politics. I watch baseball. I hum along with the tune. I June swoon, and moon the bad poem. Post here, are old and new. Opinions are my very own, except when wrong.
