The GDP Of Iceland.

in Culture

It’s a dream state. Today’s U.S. of A. A cash and carry chimera. A single individual makes nine billion dollars in one business quarter. Then, same guy, loses nineteen billion dollars in one damn day. We’d be trippin’ with, or without, the Donald.

The global economy is producing locally sourced farm to table insanity, while Trump makes the whole of the meal provincially hallucinogenic. There is no way to grasp this level of self-serving servitude. No ledger fit to bottom line an adding up. Those numbers numb. And politics dumbs. And we’re left to make the absurd abstract. A surrender to impressionism.

Like the above.

I’m spry yet retired. I reside in the inner city of a major metropolitan area of the United States. I read politics. I watch baseball. I hum along with the tune. I June swoon, and moon the bad poem. Post here, are old and new. Opinions are my very own, except when wrong.
