At Least Six Feet Of Poems

I don’t want to see this poem
on any
printed page,
nor periodical,
one-off—
or collection

I want my poemin’
to be buried with me
on a thumb drive
protectively packed
into a vest pocket
of my funeral finery
to be found, say
five hundred years
from today
forcing someone’s
going far out of their
way
to locate
a then antique device
to render my text
and then
reading…
consider
their effort
worthy

I’m spry yet retired. I reside in the inner city of a major metropolitan area of the United States. I read politics. I watch baseball. I hum along with the tune. I June swoon, and moon the bad poem. Post here, are old and new. Opinions are my very own, except when wrong.
